I retain the right to withdraw and cancel services as necessary, whilst not affecting your rights as a consumer.
I may at times close the website for maintenance and updating.
All photographs and information on this website or on social media are the copyright of Cedar Nature Photography and illegal copying will be reported to the authorities and pursued.
Users of this website are expected to treat everyone with respect, no hate speech, racism, sexism or other abuse will be tolerated.
I retain the right to disable any user accounts of anyone found to disregard these rules.
I retain the right to amend and update these terms and conditions if I feel it necessary to do so.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If returned because of a change of mind then the goods must be returned in pristine condition
Damaged goods will be replaced (or refunded) upon receipt of notification (please email a photograph of the damaged goods)
To request a return please email rob.debenham@cedarnaturephotography.com with the reason for a return.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used within 3 business days of receipt of the returned goods - this may then take 3 - 5 working days for the baks to process.
